These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at agenticloop.com (the “Site”), operated by Agentic Loop LLC (“Agentic Loop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New York limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Agentic Loop and its work. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You agree not to:

Agentic Loop builds and stewards a portfolio of products and experiences. Any product or service we offer may be governed by its own separate terms, which apply in addition to or in place of these Terms for that product or service. These Terms govern the Site only.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services, and a link does not imply our endorsement. You access third-party resources at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTIC LOOP LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). 8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agentic Loop LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. General
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Agentic Loop LLC regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
