Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Agentic Loop LLC (“Agentic Loop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New York limited liability company, handles information in connection with the website located at agenticloop.com (the “Site”). Any product or service we offer may be covered by its own privacy policy; this Policy covers the Site only.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. The Site does not require you to create an account or fill out forms. If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the information you include, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site:
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers collect standard technical logs— such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps—used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- We use web analytics to understand how the Site is used in aggregate—such as page views, referrers, and general browser, device, and country information. We currently use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites. We may add or change analytics providers over time; if we do, we will update this Policy.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
- understand aggregate usage of the Site;
- respond to your inquiries and correspondence;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Cookies
The Site does not currently use cookies for analytics or advertising. If we introduce technologies that require them, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to operate the Site (such as hosting and analytics providers), when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Agentic Loop or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy—technical logs and analytics data for the periods our providers maintain them, and correspondence for as long as needed to handle and follow up on the matter.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at privacy agenticloop com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and is effective when posted.
